The terms for working with us.

This website and the services on it are run by Ashwood Technologies LLC, doing business as New Again Web ("we"). These terms apply when you use this site, ask for a free homepage, or buy a website or Covered. By doing any of those, you agree to them. There is no long-term contract: monthly service can be cancelled anytime, and your website is always yours.

The free homepage

A free homepage is a proposed homepage for your business, built from what is already public about it. We decide whether to build one, and we may decline without giving a reason. It is free, carries no obligation and is not a purchase.

Where a business detail could not be confirmed, the homepage may fill the gap with plausible content so you can judge the design. We do not invent reviews, ratings, credentials or completed projects. Every provisional detail is confirmed with you before a website goes live.

Until you buy it, the homepage and its design belong to Ashwood Technologies LLC. You may view and share it to decide whether to buy. Please do not copy it or put it to another use.

What you buy

We sell three things: the Website, Covered, and Covered for your own site. What each includes and costs is on our pricing page, and the price you pay is the one we confirm in writing when you say yes. Each covers one business, one website and one Google Business Profile location unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Unlimited edits means basic changes to your existing pages. New pages, redesigns and new features are not edits; we will quote them if you want them.

Paying

• The Website price, or the start fee for Covered, is paid in full when you say yes.
• Covered is billed monthly, or for a year ahead. Paying for the year ahead waives the start fee.
• Prices are in US dollars. If we change the price of your service, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.
• If a payment fails and is still unpaid 14 days after we tell you, we may pause the service until it is paid.

Renewal and cancelling

Covered renews automatically until you cancel. Monthly service renews each month at the monthly price. A year paid ahead renews as another year at the yearly price, and we email you a reminder about 30 days before it does.

To cancel, email hello@newagainweb.comfrom the address on your account. No call or reason is needed.

• Monthly: cancel before your next billing date. Service runs through the month you have paid for, and nothing more is owed.
• Yearly: cancelling stops the next renewal. Service runs through the year you have paid for. A paid year is not refunded.
• Start fees and the Website price are not refunded once work has started.

If you leave and come back later, the start fee applies again.

Our promises

Each promise on our pricing page comes with "or that month is free." If we miss one or more promises in a month, we make that month free without you having to ask, and your monthly report shows it:

• Monthly: your next month's charge is waived.
• Yearly: one month is added to the end of your year.

One free month is the most you get for any one month, and it is the full remedy for a missed promise. Promises cover only work we control. They do not cover delays caused by Google, a directory, or waiting on something we need from you. A review request is due the day you tell us a job is done, not the day the job ends.

What we need from you

• Accurate details about your business, and word when something changes.
• For Covered, Owner access to your Google Business Profile for our Google account. Our listing tools require Owner access.
• The right to use the photos, logos and text you give us, and the permission they need to appear on your website and listings.
• For review requests, each customer's email or phone number, and word when you finish their job. The request goes out the day you tell us; we can't ask for a review we don't know about.
• Before we email or text your customers for reviews, the consent the law requires for those messages. You confirm you have it for every contact you give us.
• Your approval for replies to complaints that need facts only you know.
• Answering the inquiries, estimates and jobs that reach you. We deliver inquiries to your email; the work and the replies are yours.

Your website is yours

Once your website launches, its design, content and source belong to you, whether you bought the Website or pay for Covered, and whenever you leave. There is no buyout. Your domain is always registered to you. This does not include the internal tools we use to build and run websites, or accounts with outside services that you would need to pay for yourself.

We may show your website as an example of our work and name you as a customer. Tell us if you would rather we didn't, and we will stop.

When you leave

When Covered ends, we give you one standard handoff: your website's files and source, ready for you or your next provider to take over. Hosting, website edits, inquiry emails, review requests and replies, listing upkeep and monthly reports stop at the end of the period you have paid for. We remove our access to your Google Business Profile, and directory listings we have already corrected stay as they are.

If you keep your own website, we help hand care of your listing and reviews back to you or your next provider.

No guarantees of results

A website and an accurate listing make a business clearer and more credible. They cannot create demand on their own. We do not guarantee search rankings, map position, traffic, leads or sales. Anyone who promises rankings is guessing.

Outside services

Your listing, reviews and directory entries live on services we don't control, such as Google and directory sites. They can change, delay or reject an update, and members of the public can suggest edits. We work within their rules, and we are not responsible for what they decide.

Using this site

Give us accurate information, and only ask on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent. Do not try to disrupt the site or reach parts of it not meant for the public.

The text, pictures and design of this site belong to Ashwood Technologies LLC. The New Again name and logo are our marks. Links to other sites are given for convenience, and we are not responsible for what those sites do.

If we end the service

We may end service for unpaid bills, for content that is unlawful, or for abusive treatment of us, after telling you why by email. If we end a paid year for any other reason, we refund the unused full months. Either way, your website is still yours and you get the handoff above.

Liability

This site and the free homepage are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Ashwood Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Virginia, and any dispute is heard in its courts. If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and current customers get an email at least 30 days before a change applies to them.
