What we keep, and why.

What you send us

Our forms are getting ready. For now, they take you to our Launching soon page, and the details you enter are not sent to us. If you email us, we receive your email address and the message and attachments you send.

When our contact forms are ready, we'll ask for your email and, depending on the form, your name, business name, website address, what you'd like us to look after, and your message. You can also add a phone number and a link to your Google listing.

If you become a customer, we also collect what we need to build and run your website and listing: your business details, photos, logo, hours, phone number and the email that inquiries should reach. Payments are handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.

Businesses we contact first

We look for local businesses we think we can help, often before they have heard of us. To do that, we read what each business has made public: its website, Google Business Profile, directory listings and reviews, and the business contact details listed there. We keep a record of what we found and where, so we can check it with the owner later.

We may email a business to offer it a free homepage. Every email says who we are, gives our mailing address, and has a way to stop further email. If you ask us to stop, we stop.

Your customers' information

For Covered customers, we handle some information about their own customers, on their behalf and only for their business:

• Inquiries that visitors send through the customer's website, which we deliver to the customer's email.
• The names, email addresses and phone numbers the customer gives us so we can ask for reviews by email or text.

That information belongs to the business. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't contact those people for our own marketing. Anyone can stop review requests by using the link in the email or replying STOP to a text.

Visiting this site

Our hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, such as the address and browser that requested a page. This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers. Because we don't track visitors across sites, we don't change anything in response to a browser's "Do Not Track" signal.

How we use it

• To decide whether we are a good fit and build your free homepage.
• To answer your questions and send you your homepage.
• To build, launch and look after your website and listing if you buy.
• To send you occasional email about your homepage or your service.

Who else sees it

We use outside services to host websites, send email and text messages, take payments, and manage listings and reviews. They see only what they need to do that work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep contact requests and the research behind a free homepage while they are useful for working with you, and delete them if you ask. Customer records are kept while you are a customer and as long as the law requires after that. When a customer leaves, we delete their customers' contact details within 90 days.

Your choices

Email hello@newagainweb.com to ask what we hold about you or your business, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within 30 days.

Who this site is for

This website is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Significant changes are also sent to current customers by email.
